While light poles now include other technologies such as cameras, solar panels, and WIFI, the pole base has remained a solid block of concrete. In current situations, property owners add unsightly boxes to the poles, which damages the structure of the light pole. The Intelligent Pole Base is designed and engineered from steel to support the total weight of the pole and any items that are added in the future to the light pole, including digital signage, cameras, EV charging stations, or other things. In addition, each base comes with a steel skin and a steel door that is fully secure with a full-size Schlage key cylindered cabinet door deadbolt.
